This site is for anyone affected by domestic abuse, especially coercive control, and is a space to find truth, strength and solidarity.
I wanted to write a book, but this felt more accessible. Instead of chapters, I’m sharing moments: incidents, memories, reflections and the pieces of life that shaped the journey from the beginning, through into the aftermath where rebuilding began.
No one should face abuse in silence. Sharing our stories creates understanding, breaks isolation and reveals patterns that are hard to see when you’re inside them. We are here because we need each other.
Whether still in it, finding a way out, or rebuilding afterwards, this is a space for empowerment, recovery and flourishing.

Leaving is possible, healing is real, and hope grows in all of us... ❤️

My Story
